Cloud Foundations removes barriers to entry for individuals switching from non-tech jobs to a cloud computing career. This micro-credential is designed to introduce and build competence in cloud computing, infrastructure, components, and benefits of cloud computing. It also provides a framework for implementing permissions, implementing networks, configuring compute services and storage solutions, as well as setting up database services.

The Cloud Foundations micro-credential is critical for the role of Jr Enterprise Cloud Developer, Jr Serverless Developer, Cloud Architect, and Dev-Ops Engineer.
