Through real workplace scenarios, learners will practice how to: 

1. Use point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and digital scheduling tools

2. Read pricing, stock records, promotions, and workplace instructions

3. Use numeracy skills for transactions, inventory, and merchandise handling

4. Complete common digital tasks used in modern retail workplaces

5. Understand how AI and automation are changing retail work

Learners can work at their own pace while building confidence and showing what they can do. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a digital badge to recognize their skills and achievement.
