The Digital Worker in Retail is part of the CORE Skills Retail Pathway. It assesses how learners apply practical digital and numeracy skills in realistic retail workplace situations.

Through workplace scenarios, learners will practice how to: 

1. Operate digital systems and technologies required for workplace tasks
2. Calculate quantities, times, and measurements required for workplace tasks
3. Determine required work activities from schedules, instructions, and workplace records

Learners can work at their own pace while building confidence and demonstrating what they can do. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a digital badge to recognize their skills and achievement.
