This course builds practical problem-solving skills for today’s retail workplaces. Learners will practice solving customer and store challenges, making decisions, communicating clearly, and thinking creatively.

This course builds practical digital skills for today’s retail workplaces. Learners will practice using point-of-sale systems, inventory and scheduling tools, working with pricing and stock information, and applying numeracy skills.

This course builds practical teamwork and communication skills for today’s retail workplaces. Learners will practice working with customers and team members, handling busy situations, adapting to changing priorities, and communicating professionally.
