The Talent Retention micro-credential is critical for those working in the field of Human Resources including People Strategist, Talent Retention Specialist, HR Manager, and Administrative Manager.

Up to 4 weeks based on your experience and expertise. Pivot-Ed micro-credentials are measured by performance and not time.

Talent Retention Bundle
Access to all learning content, instructor support, and three attempts at the competency assessment to earn the micro-credential.
Talent Retention Assessment
Students have one attempt at the competency assessment to earn the micro-credential. There is no limit to the number of times a student can register to complete the competency assessment.
